How does that work in GUN CONTROL jurisdictions?
CourageousLion
Not sure, you can do what you want and deal with it. I didn't realize there were "gun control" jurisdictions. If I'm not mistaken gun control is addressed with SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED. So if you want to buy something from someone then it's up to you to do what is "right". LOL!

I was just curious. I don't have enough time nor money nor health to go to court over constitutional issues (hopefully someone with plenty of time and money and health will deal with any constitutional issues).

BTW all my comments were based on living in the United States of America or a US territory or a US possession.

If someone is selling something, it is up to you to decide how you want to deal with it. There are certain things you have to follow to keep yourself from being at risk. For instance, if someone is selling a pistol and they live in your state and "your" state requires you to jump through hoops to purchase it you have to ask yourself if you are being set up by a "law" enforcement officer or if it is a private sale. Piggys like to cage people for non violent activity and many of them violate their oaths of office on a daily basis basically making them an enemy of the people and placing themselves at war with you.
Why buy something online unless it is a collectible. Just go out and buy it. Then again, I am in Texas.....:D
